Indonesia creates three different Jupiter Global questions. The current remittance documentation lists IDR as a local-payout currency. The QR documentation lists QRIS as a merchant network, but its card-support table says cards issued in Indonesia are not yet supported for QR Pay. Indonesia is also absent from the current active Card country list, where unlisted countries are reviewed case by case during KYC. IDR payout route · QRIS card gate · Card country rules
For a rail-by-rail overview before you choose an Indonesian route, use the supported-currencies map. This page keeps the Indonesia-specific IDR, QRIS and residence questions together.

The short answer for Indonesia
If your goal is to send money to an Indonesian bank account, start with the IDR local-payout route. The current fee table lists Indonesia with a $3.50 fixed fee plus 0.45% variable fee. That is the published rate, not a personal quote: your account, funding method, beneficiary, receiving bank and corridor still have to pass the live flow. Current IDR fee row
If your goal is to scan a merchant’s QRIS code, the answer is narrower. QRIS appears in the network list, but the current QR card table says Indonesia cards are not yet supported. DCS issuance is required for QR Pay today, and Indonesia is not currently presented as a supported card-issued market for that feature. Do not fund an account or promise a merchant payment based only on seeing “QRIS” in a country table. Current QR Pay table
If you are asking whether an Indonesian resident can receive a Jupiter Card, read the active Card country list and the live KYC flow. Indonesia is not in the current list shown on that page, and the page says unlisted countries are reviewed case by case with proof of address usually required. That is an account-eligibility question, separate from sending an IDR payout to an Indonesian recipient. Card availability
Decide where the money needs to go first
Sending IDR to a bank
This is the clearest currently documented Indonesia route. Write the goal as: IDR credited to this specific beneficiary bank account. Then confirm the live app shows:
- Indonesia as the selected destination;
- IDR as the payout currency;
- the exact beneficiary fields and legal name;
- the fixed and percentage charges in the quote; and
- the total debit, recipient amount and displayed delivery estimate.
The remittance documentation says local-payout availability can depend on the receiving bank and local regulations. A published currency row therefore starts the check; it does not approve every Indonesian account. Global Fiat Remittance
Do not replace a legal beneficiary name with a nickname, copy a bank number from an old screenshot, or change a saved detail because someone sends a new message. Verify a changed bank instruction through a separate trusted channel. The bank-transfer corridor checker can organize the questions, but only the current quote and official confirmation can decide the action.
Paying a QRIS merchant
QR Pay is a merchant route, not a bank payout. The current QR page lists QRIS under Indonesia, but the same page says Indonesia cards are not yet supported. The two lines must be read together. QRIS is the network name; card eligibility is the gate that determines whether a user can actually initiate the payment.
When QR Pay is available for a supported card and market, the documentation lists a $500 per-transaction limit, a $5,000 daily limit, and no payer or recipient fee. Those limits do not make an Indonesia QRIS payment available while the card-support table says it is not yet supported. QR limits
If a merchant presents a QRIS code, ask whether another accepted card or payment method is available. Do not repeatedly scan a code after the app reports that the route is unavailable, and do not pay a stranger who claims to have an unofficial way to enable QRIS. Security guidance
Applying as an Indonesian resident
The Card page lists eligibility by country of residence and says a country not listed is reviewed case by case during KYC. It also says proof of address is usually required. Do not change residence information to obtain a feature or use a destination country as a substitute for your actual KYC context.
If the official flow accepts your application, verify the assigned issuer and the features visible in the live account. If it does not, an IDR payout to another recipient remains a separate sender and corridor question. A successful transfer to Indonesia cannot be used as proof that a resident card or QRIS feature is open.
The cost check for an IDR transfer
The current published IDR payout row is $3.50 fixed plus 0.45%. Use it to understand the shape of the fee, then replace it with the current quote. Compare the complete result rather than the percentage alone:
1. amount leaving the source balance; 2. fixed and variable charges; 3. conversion rate and any displayed spread; 4. IDR amount the beneficiary should receive; and 5. the route’s stated delivery estimate and reference.
Keep the budget constant when comparing another service. A cash pickup, wallet credit and Indonesian bank deposit are different outcomes. The fee break-even calculator is useful for the arithmetic, but it cannot see a live corridor or beneficiary.
Jupiter’s Spend balance is held in USD. Funding with a supported USDC or USDT deposit and sending an IDR payout are separate steps with separate network, account and corridor checks. Do not assume that a token deposit itself is an Indonesian bank transfer. Deposit preflight · Payment-route guide
A safer Indonesia preflight
Use this order before moving funds:
1. Name what you need: Indonesian bank credit, QRIS merchant payment, or resident card eligibility. 2. For a bank payout, confirm Indonesia, IDR, beneficiary fields and the live quote. 3. For QRIS, check the current card-support table first; Indonesia is currently marked not yet supported. 4. Keep the original quote and transfer reference private until the beneficiary confirms the bank credit. 5. Do not submit a duplicate transfer while the first reference is pending or under review. 6. Use the official support route with redacted evidence if the original reference needs investigation.
If an Indonesian bank recipient cannot see the credit, use the recipient-not-credited guide rather than sending a second transfer. Keep the amount, currency, date, beneficiary and original reference together. Official support
If an Indonesia route is missing
- IDR is not in the picker: treat the live account and corridor as the authority; do not infer availability from a search result.
- QRIS option is missing: the current card table says Indonesia cards are not yet supported; wait for an official status change or use another route.
- Beneficiary name rejected: match the bank’s legal details exactly and avoid editing the route from an unverified message.
- The transfer is pending: preserve the original reference and displayed status; do not create a duplicate payment.
- Someone asks for secrets: stop. Never share a recovery phrase, private key, password, one-time code or full card security data.
If sending rupiah to an Indonesian bank is your goal, sign up for Jupiter Global and confirm the destination, beneficiary and fees before funding. If you’re approved for the Card, which is reviewed case by case for Indonesian residents, eligible Jupiter Card purchases earn 2% cashback, up to $100 a month.
“Indonesia is listed” is only a starting point. You’re done when the destination, route, beneficiary and cost all match and the transfer completes, or when you’ve decided to wait until QR Pay supports Indonesian cards.
Jupiter Global Indonesia FAQ
Can Jupiter Global send IDR to an Indonesian bank account?
IDR appears in the current local-payout documentation. The live destination picker, beneficiary checks, receiving bank and quote still decide whether a specific account can complete the route.
What fee applies to an Indonesia IDR payout?
The checked fee table lists a $3.50 fixed fee plus a 0.45% variable fee. Use the live quote for the exact amount because conversion, corridor and account checks can affect the final recipient amount.
Does Jupiter QR Pay work with QRIS in Indonesia?
QRIS appears in the documented network list, but the same QR table says cards issued in Indonesia are not yet supported. A QRIS label alone does not establish that the payment route is available to a particular card or account.
Can an Indonesian resident get a Jupiter Global Card?
Indonesia is not in the current active Card country list. The documentation says unlisted countries may be reviewed case by case during KYC and that proof of address is usually required; do not treat an IDR payout route as Card approval.
What should I verify before an Indonesia bank transfer?
Confirm Indonesia as the destination, IDR as the payout currency, the beneficiary’s legal name and bank fields, the complete fee and conversion quote, the delivery estimate and the transfer reference before funding.
