19 common questions

Is this the official Jupiter Global website?

No. This is an independent guide run by StonkBuilder. Jupiter’s official site is jupiter.global. We don’t manage accounts, handle funds or provide official support. Check source ↗

Where do I start if I have never used crypto?

Start with the beginner guide and the checklist on the Start here page. They cover how the account works, whether it’s available in your country, how to add money and how to check a quote. You never need to connect a wallet to this site. Check source ↗

Are Jupiter Global international transfers always free?

No. Jupiter’s detailed fee schedule lists charges for some bank deposits and payouts. Check the quote in the app, and count every step from funding to what the recipient receives. Check source ↗

Can I deposit USDT and withdraw it to a bank?

No. Jupiter’s remittance documentation says USDT deposits can’t be withdrawn to fiat. You can still spend USDT with the card, but if you plan to cash out to a bank, check this restriction before you deposit. Check source ↗

Will my country and card support every feature?

Not necessarily. Your country of residence, card issuer, activation date and payment network can all affect which features you get. Being able to send money to a country doesn’t mean people there can sign up. Check source ↗

Does QR Pay work in every advertised market?

No. Wallet-funded QR uses USDC on Solana after Global ID verification and does not require a Card; Spend-balance QR requires an eligible DCS card. SG QR and PromptPay are temporarily unavailable. Check the funding route and merchant network. Check source ↗

What cashback can a Jupiter Card user get?

When you sign up, you earn 2% cashback on eligible, settled Jupiter Card purchases, up to $100 a month. Refer two friends who complete KYC and spend at least $50 on a Jupiter Card in the same calendar month, and you get 4% (up to $200) the following month. Some transactions, such as ATM withdrawals and QR Pay, don’t count. Check source ↗

Are the calculators live quotes?

No. Quote Compare uses the figures you enter, and Network Check uses Jupiter’s published list of supported networks. Neither tool can see your account or move money. Check source ↗

Does this site store my wallet or identity details?

No. There’s no wallet connection or ID upload here. Your checklist and saved guides stay in your browser, and the numbers you type into the tools aren’t sent anywhere.

Who should I contact about an actual account problem?

Use support inside the legitimate Jupiter app or the official Support Hub. Never give a community helper your recovery phrase, private key, password, or one-time login code. Check source ↗

Do I need to buy crypto or make a wallet to learn here?

No. You can read every guide and use every tool without a wallet, a deposit or a purchase. Check source ↗

Is my Jupiter ID the same as a Solana wallet?

No. Jupiter ID is used to sign in to and verify Jupiter Spend. A self-custody wallet controls its own signing keys. Spend balances and wallet assets have different access, custody and recovery arrangements; check the account type and official instructions you actually use. Check source ↗

Can I send SOL to the Jupiter Spend deposit address?

No. SOL is the Solana network fee token; it is not listed as an accepted Spend deposit asset. Jupiter currently lists USDC and USDT funding options with specific networks. Select the exact current asset and network in the receiving screen before sending. Check source ↗

Does a stablecoin always stay worth one dollar?

Not always. A stablecoin aims to stay at one dollar, but issuer problems, market stress or withdrawal limits can affect what it’s worth to you. Know how you’d cash out before you buy one. Check source ↗

Does a Solana confirmation mean Jupiter Spend or my bank credited the money?

No. On-chain confirmation, credit to a service balance, and completion of a card payment or bank payout are separate events. Check the original transaction reference and the status in the destination service before deciding what to do next. Check source ↗

What if I do not know which network or destination to choose?

Stop before sending. Open the official receiving screen and compare the asset, network and full destination with the sending screen. Do not guess from the token ticker, the lowest withdrawal fee, a message from another person, or an old saved address. Check source ↗

What should I do if a payment is pending?

Check its original status and reference with the merchant or official service. A pending payment is not the same as a confirmed failure. Do not repeat the transfer or pay a person who says they can release it until the official support instructions confirm what happened. Check source ↗

Should I ever tell support my recovery phrase or private key?

Never. Do not type them into this website, send them in a message, or share a one-time sign-in code. Follow the recovery steps for your exact account type and reach support from the official app or independently verified official website. Check source ↗

Can this website check my account or approve my sign-up?

No. We can’t see your Jupiter account, approve a sign-up or confirm a deposit. The safety quiz on the Tools page is just for practice; Jupiter handles verification and approvals in the app. Check source ↗

Problem with a payment?

Contact Jupiter support from inside the app. We can’t see or change anything in your account. Jupiter support ↗
