How we research, write and update the guides on Jup Global Community.
Start with a real question
Each guide answers something people actually ask: how to deposit, what the card costs, why a payment was declined, how Jupiter compares with Wise. If a question is already covered, we improve that guide instead of writing another one.
Official sources first
Product details come from Jupiter’s documentation and its partners’ terms. General safety advice draws on consumer-protection resources such as the US Federal Trade Commission. Every guide lists its sources so you can read the original.
Specific, not vague
A “free transfer” headline isn’t the same as a quote for your currency, and being able to send money to a country isn’t the same as being able to sign up there. We spell out those differences where they matter instead of burying them in a footer.
No fake proof
No made-up reviews, member counts or screenshots. Calculator examples are clearly marked as examples, and the quote tool ranks providers only by the numbers you enter.
Updates and corrections
When Jupiter changes a fee, limit or feature, we update the affected guides and the date shown on them. For anything about your own account, contact Jupiter support in the app. See our sources.
