Identity verification is a process to complete carefully, not a puzzle to trick into approving you. Prepare the information the legitimate app requests and submit it through the real verification flow.

This community site does not verify accounts, handle identity documents, review applications, or know why a particular application was rejected.

Prepare before you start

Check the app’s current residence and age requirements. The official Spend FAQ states that applicants must be at least 18. Do not create an account with someone else’s identity or use an unsupported address to get around a restriction. Eligibility and verification FAQ

Have the requested identity document, access to your phone number, and any required address evidence available. Work in a well-lit place and make sure you have a stable connection. Keep sensitive documents off shared devices when possible.

Make your information agree

Read the legal name, birth information, and address you enter before submitting. Differences in spelling, transliteration, or formatting should be resolved according to the provider’s instructions, not by guessing which answer will be accepted.

A readable document matters. Avoid cropping away information that the app requests, altering a document, or submitting a screenshot merely because it is easier to upload. Use the supported format and current instructions from the verification flow.

Follow the legitimate sequence

Jupiter’s documentation places the process in the Verification Center and lists identity, phone, liveness, personal-information, and questionnaire steps, with proof of address for APAC. Official onboarding process

Only complete those steps inside the authenticated flow reached from the real app. A message asking you to send passport images to a personal account is not an equivalent verification channel.

Set a realistic expectation for review

The official FAQ says manual review can take 3–5 working days, even though routine verification may be quicker. That is a typical range, not a guarantee for your application. Avoid timing an urgent transfer around the assumption that approval will be immediate. KYC timing

While waiting, read the funding and fee guides without moving money. Learning the route in advance is useful; depositing prematurely to “activate” approval is not part of the process described here.

If a document is rejected

Read the rejection reason and the current list of accepted evidence. Correct the specific issue through the app’s resubmission path. Do not repeatedly change unrelated details or create additional accounts in the hope that one passes.

If the explanation is unclear, contact official support with the application context requested by that support channel. Do not post unredacted identity documents in a public forum. A community can help explain a term, but it should not become the place where you store your application file.

Treat privacy as part of the decision

Read the provider and verification partner’s current privacy information before proceeding. Decide whether you are comfortable with the data requested and the service’s retention or account-removal conditions. A quick signup experience does not mean the information is temporary.

Do not assume that identity verification for Spend recovers a self-custody wallet or grants a community moderator access to your account. Those are different systems with different responsibilities. Jupiter Mobile

Know when to stop

If you are not eligible or cannot provide the required evidence truthfully, pause. Do not use a paid “KYC helper,” borrowed identity, or fabricated document. Explore another legitimate service whose actual requirements you meet.

Successful preparation means knowing what the process asks for and where to get help. It does not mean this site can predict or secure your approval.
