Your first steps with Jupiter Global
Plain guides to getting verified, adding money and making your first payment with Jupiter Global.
An independent guide, not run by Jupiter. Features and fees can change, so check the app before you act. All countries

Singapore
Prepare evidence for your actual residence, including the address documents the verification flow requests. An SGD example does not mean your Spend balance is held in SGD. Check your available bank route, issuer and final conversion quote separately. The documentation currently marks SG QR as temporarily unavailable.
Philippines
The Philippines is listed for card residence eligibility. Prepare the identity and address evidence requested by the verification flow; not every local ID is automatically accepted. With QR Ph, check that the code belongs to the intended merchant and review the peso amount. A QR payment and a bank payout follow different routes.
United States
US eligibility is determined at state level. Check the current supported-state list and any pauses before applying. Bank deposits have separate restrictions: the checked documentation marks California, New York and Connecticut as temporarily unavailable for bank funding. A card listing does not remove a bank-funding restriction.
Bahamas
The Bahamas appears in the card residence list. For a first purchase, write BSD or USD beside each amount rather than using only a dollar sign. Read the merchant's charge currency and the final debit; the currency used in an example does not establish the currency of your Spend balance.
Barbados
Barbados appears in the card residence list. Apply using your actual residence, even if your first intended use is travel. A holiday address or the country of a merchant is not a substitute for your residential details. Check your account's issuer and available payment methods before departure.
Belize
Belize appears in the card residence list. This English edition sits alongside a Spanish guide. Switching guide language does not change the account's eligibility, funding route or currency. Label amounts as BZD or USD and distinguish a bank account from a crypto deposit address.
Guyana
Guyana appears in the card residence list. If your goal is a bank transfer, obtain the recipient's correct bank and currency details first, then compare them with the route offered in your account. Card access does not prove that a particular Guyanese bank or a GYD payout is supported.
Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago appears in the card residence list. Keep a TTD shopping budget separate from the amount debited from Spend. Include funding, conversion and payment costs where applicable, checking whether each cost is already included in the quoted total.
Antigua and Barbuda
Antigua and Barbuda appears in the card residence list. The listing concerns residence eligibility, not everyone visiting the islands. Use your actual residence and check the particular feature you need. A supported travel destination and a supported applicant residence are different questions.
Dominica
Dominica appears in the card residence list. It is a different country from the Dominican Republic. Read the full country label when applying and keep the same accurate residence and personal details throughout the verification process.
Grenada
Grenada appears in the card residence list. Before your first deposit, identify whether the instructions describe bank funding or a blockchain transfer. These use different destination details. Do not send money until the source and destination agree on the currency or token and the route.
Saint Kitts and Nevis
Saint Kitts and Nevis appears in the card residence list. A passport, a country of citizenship and your actual residence may differ. Use the residence you can truthfully document, then check whether the exact account feature is available after verification.
Saint Lucia
Saint Lucia appears in the card residence list. For your first purchase, use a clearly identified merchant and review the charge currency before confirming. A shop's QR display or local payment method is not automatically compatible with Jupiter QR Pay.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines appears in the card residence list. Prepare the evidence requested for your real address and preserve accurate place names. Do not invent a postal code, address format or document type to fit an unfamiliar form.
Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands appears in the card residence list. Account eligibility concerns your real residence, not simply the location of a company or bank account. Check which identity and address evidence the provider asks for before completing an application.
Turks and Caicos Islands
The Turks and Caicos Islands appears in the card residence list. Use your actual residence when applying, whether you intend to spend locally or while travelling. A USD price does not by itself establish a supported bank account, a free transfer or approval for every account feature.
South Africa
South Africa appears in the card residence list. For a first purchase priced in ZAR, compare the merchant amount with the complete Spend debit, including any conversion. Do not interpret card availability as proof of a local rand bank-payout route.
Ghana
Ghana appears in the card residence list. Check the identity documents actually offered by the official verification flow. Avoid anyone who asks you to send documents or pay an approval fee through a private message.
Uganda
Uganda appears in the card residence list. Before depositing, confirm the exact token and network and how you intend to use or withdraw the balance. A listed card country does not establish a local UGX payout or an integration with a mobile-money service.
Zambia
Zambia appears in the card residence list. Use ZMW labels for local shopping examples, then record the actual debit currency and all included costs.
Australia
Australia appears in the checked card residence list. Prepare the identity and address evidence the verification provider requests. A purchase example in AUD does not mean Spend holds an AUD balance or that every Australian bank can receive a local payout.
New Zealand
New Zealand appears in the card residence list. Start by checking how your account can receive money and how you will use the balance. An NZD comparison helps you understand a budget, but does not establish an NZD funding account or local bank-payout route.
Malaysia
Malaysia is listed for card residence eligibility. DuitNow merchant access is a separate check. Wallet QR uses USDC on Solana after Global ID verification, without a card. Spend QR requires an eligible DCS card; Malaysian-issued cards must have been activated before May 13, 2026. Check the merchant network and your chosen funding route in-app.
Pakistan
Pakistan appears on the card residence list, but the regional bank withdrawal table marks both EUR and USD as unsupported. Do not fund a card balance expecting those bank exits. Use your actual residence and check the function you need before opening or funding an account.
United Arab Emirates
The UAE is listed for card residence eligibility, which is separate from citizenship and travel location. AED local payout is documented, but your specific recipient bank and account options still need checking. A dirham quote is not proof of incoming AED bank funding.
Kenya
Kenya is listed for card residence eligibility. The checked documentation does not establish M-Pesa integration or a KES local bank payout. Start with your intended use, then verify that specific function in the official app before funding it.
Nigeria
Jupiter’s card documentation lists Nigeria as paused for new resident sign-ups. This page explains what that means and what you can prepare in the meantime. Check the official card list for updates.
Puerto Rico
Jupiter’s card lists don’t say whether Puerto Rico residents can get the card. Bank deposits are explicitly temporarily unavailable. Do not infer every feature from US territory status or use of USD.
Bangladesh
Jupiter’s card documentation lists Bangladesh as paused for new resident sign-ups. This page explains what that means and what to ask official support. Check the official card list for updates.
