A few words worth knowing
- KYC
- Identity checks required by the service. Submit personal documents only through the legitimate verification flow.
- Stablecoin
- A crypto asset designed to track a reference value, often a US dollar. Its value and access are not risk-free.
- Network
- The blockchain used to transfer an asset. The token and network must both match the receiving instructions.
- Spend balance
- The balance used for payment services. It is separate from the assets in a self-custody wallet.
- Quote
- The amount you pay, the recipient amount, charges and expected route shown before confirmation.
- Recovery phrase
- Secret words controlling a wallet. Never give them to a guide website, support message or KYC helper.
