Work through these in order.
01
Prepare before opening the verification flow
Read the current age and residence requirements. Have access to your own email and phone, a valid document accepted by the flow, and any requested address evidence. Work with a stable connection in good light. Do not assume a particular national ID is supported until the app lists it.
Before continuing
Your name, birth details and address should be accurate and consistent.
02
Open Global ID in the official app
Open the Spend tab in the official Jupiter app and sign in with Global ID. Then open Verification Center and follow the current prompts. Menu labels may vary; use the linked official onboarding guide if your screen differs.
Before continuing
Never send an ID photo to a person offering approval in a private message.
03
Follow the verification prompts
The documented process asks for identity evidence, phone confirmation, a live-person check, personal details and a questionnaire. Follow the prompts in the app rather than preparing a scripted answer. Photograph documents clearly, retain requested edges, and do not edit information to make it match.
Before continuing
For an APAC account, also prepare the address evidence requested by the provider.
04
Read the result before moving on
A submitted application is not an approved account. If the screen says pending, wait for its instructions. If a document is rejected, correct the specific issue or contact official support. Do not create extra accounts, borrow another identity, or deposit money because a stranger says it will speed approval.
Before continuing
Continue only when the app confirms the account and the intended feature are available.

QR Ph merchant payments are listed for both funding routes. Wallet QR uses USDC on Solana after Global ID verification, without a card. Spend QR requires an eligible DCS card; Philippine-issued DCS cards have no activation-date cutoff in the table. Confirm the merchant code and current availability in-app.
Bank payouts
PHP is listed for local payouts. Check the recipient bank, beneficiary information and complete quote. With a DCS-issued card, withdrawals are not supported yet; deposit only what you plan to spend. A USDC deposit alone does not establish withdrawal eligibility.

Privacy and cashback
This site never asks for identity documents, passwords, recovery phrases or payments. Your checklist stays in this browser. Once you open Jupiter, Jupiter’s and its partners’ privacy terms apply.
Cashback is part of an eligible card purchase returned to you after the transaction settles. Once you sign up, you earn 2% on eligible Jupiter Card purchases, up to $100 a month; Jupiter’s current terms and exclusions apply. Cashback terms ↗
