Your route, at a glance
- Choose one useful first action
- Check your actual residence
- Separate your wallet from Spend
- Keep the first commitment small
Work through these in order.
Choose one useful first action
Decide whether you want to pay a merchant, use a card, or send money to a bank recipient. Write down that goal before opening the app. These features have different availability checks; learning one route is easier than trying every feature at once.
Can you explain who should receive the money and by which method?
Check your actual residence
Use the country where you really reside. Review the country facts on this page and the linked official documentation. A passport, a holiday destination and a bank recipient's country answer different questions. A listed country still requires the provider to approve your application.
If the feature is paused or absent, ask official support before funding.
Separate your wallet from Spend
A wallet holds crypto assets on a network. Spend provides payment services with its own balance and partner conditions. Read which part of the app you are using. A bank account number cannot receive a blockchain transfer, and a wallet address is not a bank beneficiary account.
Identify whether the next screen asks for bank details or a token and network.
Keep the first commitment small
You can read the guides and prepare your checklist without buying crypto or sending money. If you later choose a supported route, use only an amount you can afford to have delayed or lose, while meeting the displayed minimum and fees. Keep another payment method available.
Avoid planning an urgent bill around a first-time verification or transfer.
