Your route, at a glance
- Inspect Add Money first
- For crypto, match both asset and network
- Check how you will use or withdraw it
- Send once, then confirm the credit
Work through these in order.
Inspect Add Money first
Open the verified account and inspect the available funding methods. If a bank-transfer option is offered, read its account instructions, currency, permitted sender and rail. If it is missing, do not substitute another country's account details.
Use only a method actually shown for your account.
For crypto, match both asset and network
Read the token and network on the current deposit screen and match them at the sending service. Similar-looking addresses or token names do not prove compatibility. Copy the destination from the current app, then compare it again before confirming. Do not send a different asset as a test.
Token, network, destination and amount must all be correct.
Check how you will use or withdraw it
Before a deposit, inspect the intended payment or withdrawal route. USDT deposits cannot be withdrawn to fiat, meaning money sent to a bank; the documentation permits fiat withdrawals from USDC deposits only. Read the current source and in-app terms, including sender, conversion and recipient-bank charges. With a DCS-issued card, withdrawals are not supported yet; deposit only what you plan to spend. A USDC deposit alone does not establish withdrawal eligibility.
Know the exit route before putting money in.
Send once, then confirm the credit
If you decide to proceed, choose a modest valid amount after checking minimums and total fees. Save the transfer reference privately and wait for the account to show the expected credit. A completed withdrawal at the sending service is not always proof that the receiving balance is usable.
Do not repeat a transfer just because the first one is pending.
Check a stablecoin deposit
Before sending crypto, match the asset, network, and what you need to do next. This check uses Jupiter’s published deposit list. It can’t check an address, account, or transfer.
